Therapy for ADHD brains, overthinkers, and anyone wondering, “what now?” I work with teens and young adults navigating ADHD, life transitions, relationship stress, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s getting in the way, develop practical tools that fit your life, and create meaningful change. My goal is for therapy to be a space where you feel understood, comfortable being fully yourself, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Before starting my work in private practice in 2021, I worked closely with teens and families navigating complex school and justice systems. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in helping individuals and families navigate challenging, high-stress situations with compassion, empathy, and care.

Reaching out for help is an act of vulnerability and courage. I'm glad you're here! Let's connect and schedule a free consultation call to explore whether we may be a good fit. :)
