College can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming. Between classes, relationships, friendships, family expectations, work, and figuring out who you are, it's easy to feel like you're supposed to have everything figured out when you're still trying to find your footing.
I'm Grace, and I'm a therapist who works with young adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, identity, and the pressure to "have it all together". My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgement-free. Therapy isn't about telling you what you SHOULD do. It's a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and build a life that actually feels like yours.
Whether you're struggling to manage the demands of college, feeling disconnected from yourself, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feel like something is "off", you don't have to figure it out alone. We can work together to understand what's underneath the stress, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and help you feel more confident moving forward.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. Feel free to email me to set one up. I can't wait to meet you!
