Hi there! My name is Mark (he/him). I am a licensed therapist in Colorado & Ohio. My favorite population to work with is college students — it's an exciting age of discovering your self and the world around you, but it can also be a season of hardship, disappointment, and overwhelm.
My undergraduate and graduate school days were some of the most formative of my life, but I also know firsthand how difficult & lonely it can be to juggle the expectations of academics, relationships, finances, and more — not to mention your own developing identity and values.
I am here to help those who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out. I have extensive experience helping young adults in the U.S. and Europe navigate these crossroads. My background in emotionally focused therapy, EMDR, and neurofeedback can help you safely & effectively lean into the discomfort you are currently facing (you need to feel it to heal it!) and develop the courage to continue forward towards the path you desire. You have the answers within you; sometimes we just need some encouragement and direction.
