Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Psychologists

Foothills CBT Psychology Group is a team of doctoral-level psychologists based in Boulder, just minutes from CU Boulder's campus. We know the specific pressures of college life — academic stress, homesickness, roommate and relationship conflict, identity and life-transition questions, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and the burnout that comes with trying to do it all. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and exposure-based treatment (ERP), and we tailor our approach to each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.

We see clients in our Boulder office and also offer telehealth throughout Colorado through PSYPACT, so you can keep your same therapist even if you head home for breaks or move within the state after graduation. Our clinicians work together as an integrated team, which means you're never just a name on a list — you're matched with the provider whose training and approach genuinely fit what you're looking for.

Because we're a group practice, you're not limited to one option. We have several qualified, licensed psychologists on our team, each with their own areas of focus and their own way of working with clients — so if the first fit doesn't feel quite right, there's likely someone else on our team who will. Personality and rapport matter as much as credentials, and we want you to find a therapist you actually want to keep seeing.

We are a private-pay practice (we do not bill insurance directly, though we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement).
My clinical expertise focuses on a wide range of problems, including anxiety, panic, worry, OCD, depression, test anxiety, sports-performance anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, insomnia, and relationship problems. I also have great success helping individuals minimize daily stressors, navigate life transitions and increase effective coping.
