We can manage your prescription and medications. Our Care Philosophy: I believe the best care comes from building a strong partnership with my patients. I take time to listen closely to each person’s story, value their input, and work with them to create a treatment plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health. I explain treatment options clearly, answer questions in plain language, and encourage open communication so patients feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. I also believe in meeting patients where they are—whether that means adjusting care to match their pace or providing extra education and resources to help them feel confident. Above all, my goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe and respectful environment where patients feel heard, understood, and supported on their journey toward healing and wellness.
Hi! I am an EMDR-Certified and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist with a specialization in working with college students (both "traditional" and "non-traditional"). I deeply enjoy getting to work with folks who are looking to address challenges they might be experiencing in their relationships: their relationships to partners, friends, family members, and importantly, to themselves. Many life experiences may lead us to feel in disconnection with ourselves: whether you have experienced relational or institutional trauma, are navigating multiple life transitions (e.g. beginning a new degree, receiving a new medical diagnosis), or are exploring social, sexual or gender identity, I am here to help you reconnect with yourself and take steps forward in your healing journey.
Are you finding yourself caught in patterns of people-pleasing, anxiety, or struggling to express your needs in relationships? You may feel overwhelmed, unheard, or disconnected—even when surrounded by others. I believe you are the expert in your story, and I offer a space where you can feel understood and supported without judgment. You don’t have to have all the answers or navigate this alone. I use a strength-based, person-centered approach focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space. You won’t be told what to do—instead, I'll help you better understand yourself and walk alongside you as you learn to trust your own voice, and reconnect with your needs and sense of self. It’s not easy to ask for support—especially when you’re used to putting others first. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or ready for change, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported. When you’re ready, I’m here!
Before anything else, I prioritize and value the relationship I build with each person I work with and believe that therapy is a unique space where growth and change occurs through a strong, collaborative relationship. As your therapist, you can expect us to explore both your past and present experiences, as I believe our past often shapes how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world today. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, authenticity, and curiosity about yourself. Together, we'll explore both your thoughts and emotions to better understand your experiences and identify meaningful ways to move forward. I believe that while there is much about the human experience that we all share, each person's story, identities, and life circumstances are uniquely their own. I see you as the expert on your own life and view therapy as a collaborative process. While you set the direction, I'm here to offer guidance and help us determine where our work can be most meaningful. I consider myself very much a "talk therapist," meaning I believe much of the therapeutic change occurs within the therapy relationship and room itself. I also strive to create a space that feels genuine, relaxed, and approachable. Therapy can absolutely involve difficult emotions, but it can also include laughter and moments of joy along the way.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.
I am a cognitive-behaviorally trained clinical and neuropsychologist. I obtained my PhD from the University of Connecticut and did clinical psychology re-tooling at Western Michigan University. I work with diverse populations and tend to take a biological/behavioral approach to wellness and mental health. I have a history of working in the college setting as a therapist for a period of approximately seven years and thus I am familiar with the needs and special circumstances of the college-aged population.
My specialty is treating trauma and I want to support you in better recognizing and effectively dealing with post-traumatic symptoms, anxiety and depression.
Life changes happen to all of us. Sometimes they happen all at once and sometimes they happen over a long period of time. Maybe you've found yourself struggling to adjust to a major life change or maybe you've realized that it's time to talk about issues that have been building over many years. Whatever the case, I believe that now is the just the right time to begin the process of healing, building connection, and living more wholeheartedly. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel free to explore your feelings, take risks, and engage in the hard work it takes to create lasting positive changes. I provide individual counseling to people of all ages, but specialize in working with teenagers and young adults. Taking the first step to create lasting changes can be a very difficult decision. It is an enormous privilege for me to witness the courage of each of my clients as they embark on their own journeys toward more connection, healing, and wholehearted living.

College and graduate school can be exciting, meaningful, and rewarding—but they can also feel incredibly overwhelming. Many students find themselves struggling to balance academic pressure, relationships, work, family expectations, finances, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, or simply trying to keep up with the constant demands of daily life. You may look like you’re functioning on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to slow your mind down. I work with college students, graduate students, and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress management, academic burnout, relationship concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I also support students who feel caught in cycles of overthinking, procrastination, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or difficulty managing emotions and responsibilities. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is not just a place to vent—it’s a space to better understand yourself while also learning concrete tools to help life feel more manageable. Together, we may work on improving coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, confidence, organization, or ways to manage stress without constantly feeling like you’re running on empty. I have a background in school-based mental health and understand how emotional wellness directly impacts focus, motivation, relationships, and academic performance. I strive to create a therapy space that feels genuine, nonjudgmental, and approachable, where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you’re struggling quietly, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, or simply wanting more support and balance in your life, you do not have to navigate it alone. I’d be happy to connect and see if we might be a good fit. I offer flexible evenings and weekends via telehealth or in-person Wednesdays and Thursdays 15 minutes from MSU and LCC.
I was a psychiatrist prior to immigrating to the United States in 2001. I currently work as rehabilitation counselor, case manager for people with disabilities and also work as a mental health counselor independently. I am a good listener and passionate about each individual's life journey, self-identity, acculturation, relationship and career path. When we sit down to listen, learn and share different perspectives, we unlock entirely new ways of seeing ourselves. Stress never goes away, but we can adjust how to react toward stress, build resilience for ourselves and healthy relationships with others.
