Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m a mindfulness-based therapist who works with college students navigating anxiety, relationships, self-doubt, and the sometimes messy process of figuring yourself out. I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you want to change, struggling in a relationship, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, we can start exactly where you are. My approach may incorporate mindfulness, somatic and nervous-system work, attachment-based therapy, and EMDR when appropriate.
I'm Dr. Caroline Mazzer, a licensed psychologist working with college-age clients using CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I help clients who are struggling with anxiety, difficulty managing intense emotions, self-injury, suicidal thoughts, and mood disorders. College brings a lot of emotional intensity: new independence, new pressures, and often new or worsening struggles with mood and self-regulation. In our work together, you'll build concrete DBT skills for tolerating distress, regulating emotion, and staying safe, alongside a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely supported rather than judged.
I'm Dr. Ashley Coburn, a psychologist candidate working with college-age clients using DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). My expertice is in treating anxiety disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders and eating disorders. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, self-injury, suicidal ideation, depression, restrictive eating, bing purge behavior, and trauma. If your emotions have been feeling bigger and harder to manage than usual, or you're having thoughts of hurting yourself, I want you to know there's a structured, evidence-based path forward. I'll walk it with you at a pace that feels manageable, with real skills you can use between sessions, not just in them.
I'm Dr. Olivia Shaffer, a psychologist candidate working with teens and adults, including college students. I specialize in treating OCD, trauma, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. I know how disruptive intrusive thoughts, difficult past experiences, or a complicated relationship with food and body image can be, especially while you're also trying to keep up with classes, relationships, and everything else college throws at you. I take an evidence-based, collaborative approach and want therapy to feel like a place where you're genuinely understood, not just diagnosed.
I'm Dr. Elizabeth Slivjak, a psychologist candidate (supervised by Dr. Samantha Monk Grigsby) with extensive training in CBT and ACT. I work with clients experiencing depression and anxiety disorders, and I also have experience supporting clients through insomnia and health related stress and the emotional impact of medical conditions like cancer treatment. I bring current, evidence-based training and experience, and a lot of compassion and care to my work. If you're looking for someone to really dig in with you on practical strategies for feeling better, I'd love to talk.

It can be scary to admit that something in your life isn't working. Maybe you have found that the feelings of insecurity, hopelessness, or dread just won't go away, no matter how much time and effort you put in. I understand the embarrassment that can come with talking about our perceived pitfalls. Every person experiences their own hardships, and we all need the proper time and space to work through them. I have seen the healing and growth that comes from reflecting on our patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. I will help you discover how these patterns developed and how we can bring lasting change to your life. Starting therapy can be intimidating. I empathize with you and admire the courage it takes to open up to a stranger. I am proud of you. Please feel free to call me or send me a message.
