***I am currently accepting new clients to begin therapy on or after 8/10/26*** I strive to create a warm, collaborative, & accountable space in the therapy room. I believe in showing up as authentically as possible so YOU can feel comfortable expressing & exploring your full self. I’ve worked for 7 years with college students, young & older adults who are navigating life’s next steps, whatever those may be. I particularly enjoy helping those who consider themselves overachievers or intellectualizers to slow down & release the stress & anxiety they’ve been carrying around for so long. With me, this often looks like exploring early life experiences that may still be impacting you today. I’ve worked primarily with queer-identified clients from various backgrounds & consider myself radically pro-transgender. Whether you want to explore identity, or you just need a safe place where you don’t need to teach someone about your identities, you can find that here. Please don’t hesitate to email me or call our office! I’m happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation video or phone call. I do not utilize AI in any part of my treatment or documentation process. As a doctoral temporary limited licensed psychologist, I practice under the supervision of Dr. Julie Meredith Davis, a fully licensed psychologist.

Life gets TOUGH and can leave you feeling lost and confused. I provide a space to sort through your largest burdens. We will explore who you are without worry, anxiety, and overwhelming feelings while creating a plan to get unstuck and feel like yourself again.
Dr. Galvin and her colleagues bring a wealth of experience to bear for all age groups—children, teens, and adults. Our practice is founded in a growth mindset, that one’s talents and abilities can be developed through effort, good guidance, and persistence. Life can feel overwhelming—whether you're a parent, new mom, educator, or simply going through a tough season. You might be facing anxiety, postpartum struggles, burnout, infertility, or challenges with your child’s school experience, like IEPs or behavioral concerns. I work with teens, adults, and families navigating stress, parenting, transitions, or the complexities of adoption. Therapy can be a space to reflect, heal, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just be willing to start. You’ll find a safe, supportive space to feel validated and build skills like emotional regulation, coping, and communication. I use a compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing on CBT and my 27 years of experience supporting teens and families. I will meet with you right where you are at and help you grow and heal from there. I really care about people and the stories they carry. Life can be messy, and therapy gives you space to talk it through, feel heard, and sort things out. We'll work together in a way that feels supportive and real—so you can better understand yourself, feel more like you, and start to move forward.
My name is Carolyn Roath. I am a Biblically informed Christian therapist, Master of Clinical Social Work, and owner of my own private telehealth practice. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. My heart for those grieving relational loss and trauma has led me to this work. As a follower of Christ, I seek to create a safe and nurturing environment where the client knows they are free from judgment. It is paramount for me that I hold the vulnerable, tender, and painful parts of my client’s being with dignity and respect. Being trusted by a client is an honor I take very seriously. In my work I strive to empower my clients to be self-led, while gently guiding them with questions to prompt self-reflection. I resonate strongly with attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, and Interpersonal Neurobiology utilizing a strength-based approach. I perceive my role as continually validating clients while helping them process, synthesize, and analyze information through active listening.
Ready to unf#ck your nervous system? Let’s be completely real, you can’t think your way out of a survival response. If analyzing your childhood or making endless coping-skill lists worked, you wouldn't be reading this right now. Numbing out, doom-scrolling, or pushing through the exhaustion makes complete sense, until it doesn't.I don't do standard talk therapy. I don't sit silently while you vent for 50 minutes just to tell you to breathe. At The Unfiltered Couch Counseling, we go straight to the root, in your body. When you are stuck in constant survival mode, chronic illness flares up, burnout takes over, and your brain feels constantly foggy. Using specialized somatic approaches like Brainspotting, EMDR, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), we target where stress and trauma are physically trapped in your nervous system. We clear out the heavy, physical weight in your chest and stomach so your body finally gets the memo that the danger is over.If you are ready for raw honesty, deep somatic shifts, and a therapist who actually curses back, you’re in the right place. Let's get your system back online.
I consider it a privilege to help people process their experiences, empathize with them in their pain, work to improve their relationships and help them make positive changes. I am a generalist in training (worked with couples, adolescents and adults), but specialized in Emotion Focused Couples therapy, EMDR (evidenced based trauma therapy), Christian psychology and cross cultural workers (missionaries, pastors, and missionary kids/adults). I personally love more depth oriented, emotion-focused work, but I will help you decide what approach works best for you! Having grown up overseas, I am part of the Third Culture Kid tribe. For the past four years, I have worked with people in cross-cultural ministry. I am trained in Emotion-focused therapy which has been seen as the most effective approach for TCK's. I am also trained in EMDR for trauma and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy for relationships in distress. If you are looking to gain insight, sleep better, trust yourself more and have better success in ALL your relationships including the relationship with God and yourself, now is the time to start! Please email or call me to talk about what it looks like to start.

Hi, I’m Lexi Rosansky. I’m a dedicated social worker with a passion for supporting children, families, and individuals navigating early adulthood. In my therapeutic work, I take a warm, client-centered approach, creating a safe, relaxed space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. With children, I often incorporate play therapy and focus on teaching healthy coping skills. When working with adults and families, I encourage collaborative sessions that adapt to their unique needs and goals. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel comfortable and approachable, where progress happens through connection, processing, trust, and meaningful conversation. I look forward to working with you!
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already juggling classes, relationships, and figuring out your next steps. But you don’t have to navigate it all alone. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership where you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and deeply supportive space where you can unpack whatever is weighing you down. I often remind my clients that healing isn’t about erasing the past or pretending everything is perfect; it’s about learning how to live fully right now, even while you are working through old wounds. We all have chapters of our lives shaped by the pain of betrayal, loss, or stress—but those chapters do not get to dictate the rest of your story.
