Sometimes we lose our sense of self and feel overwhelmed by our emotions, experiences, and life's responsibilities. Other times, we lack a space where we can show up as we are, and have someone join us in our experience. I value creating a collaborative space for exploration, healing, and understanding. Together, we can create a space where you are heard and where you can explore what brings meaning to your life. I work with clients who may be navigating life transitions, are feeling distressed, or experiencing interpersonal issues. Early on, we will develop a trusting relationship, exploring your current concerns and collaborating to find ways to address them. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered, and Strengths- based techniques. After exploring what's brining you into therapy, we will work on increasing your tolerance of certain emotions while living a life that brings you fulfillment and meaning.

Are you experiencing anxiety, worry, or feeling overwhelmed? Maybe you are struggling with finding balance in your life or experiencing fear of what the future brings. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story and patterns of behavior, which can allow you to create positive adjustments for yourself and your life. I wholeheartedly believe in giving my clients a safe space to explore the areas of life that need attention. I work exclusively with women and have experience working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, pregnancy/postpartum challenges, grief/loss, infertility, TFMR, OCD, bipolar, and trauma. To best meet your individual needs, I draw from several therapeutic techniques, am trauma informed, and am trained in both EMDR and ERP Therapy. My goal is to provide you with a safe place to explore the nature of what has been bringing you discomfort. With support we can create a plan that suits your goal for healing.

Everyone faces seasons in their lives where it feels like they’re on a spinning wheel. Round and round and round you go, too afraid to get off or try something different, too stuck in old patterns or routines, lacking the skills or support to take the leap.  You’re here because you want something different, something more, something better for your life.  I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Life Coach with almost twenty years of experience in the field. Since starting my own private practice in 2020, I have primarily worked with women in adolescence through adulthood, focusing on life transitions, relationships, divorce, parenting, trauma, grief, and self-worth. As an integrative systems therapist, I understand that the systems we’re a part of, including our families of origin, communities and social networks, country, the world, and the planet, have profound impacts on us individually. I utilize a blend of modalities that meet each client where they’re at, including mindfulness, visualization, and writing. I have been EMDR-trained since 2021.  I’m currently accepting clients on a limited basis beginning in September 2026. Email me to secure your spot. I look forward to meeting you.

“There is no love like your own.” My approach to therapy is attachment-based and relationship-focused, as I believe our work is built upon a strong therapeutic foundation. In our relationship, I will help you develop a kinder and safer inner-world to live in, to help you reach your goals and feel more connected to others in your life. We will help you recognize your inner strengths as we walk this journey together. I have previous experience in an adult psychiatric inpatient unit at University of Michigan hospital. This formed my holistic understanding of mental health, and it sharpened my crisis intervention skills. I was drawn to the therapeutic relationships I built in this setting, which is why I transitioned to working in private practice: to build trusting, supportive, therapeutic relationships to help everyone I work with reach their goals and lead more fulfilling lives.

Hey, I’m so glad you’re here! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re driven and expected to hold it all together. I work with holistic-minded adults, including entrepreneurs, professionals, athletes, neurodivergent individuals, transgendered individuals, and those with chronic illness or invisible disabilities, exploring identity, creativity, or burnout. I’m very laid back; come as you are. Curse, wear pajamas, lay in bed, be human. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, just show up. Only rule: please don’t drive during sessions or do anything that could harm yourself or others.

“The more I hold myself close and fully embrace who I am, the more I thrive.” — Elliot Page It is my goal to create a space where you feel safe to be who you truly are, and to meet you where you are at. The act of loving and accepting yourself can be a struggle, but it is not an impossible task. Using ideas like radical self love and acceptance, you can learn to love who you are today, and use that to inform who and where you want to be tomorrow! I find that the more you are able to appreciate who you truly are, the more joy you will be able to find in the world around you. I thrive to be flexible with my approach, and want to make going to therapy feel easy, and even fun! I have previous experience working in crisis intervention with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. Through this work I have gained knowledge in providing a trauma informed and empowering environment. I have also worked with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, and have a Bachelor’s degree in Women and Gender Studies. Seeing live music, and crafting are my favorite forms of self care. I value creativity and playfulness, and use these to inform how I move through the world. I have 3 cats and a fish that I adore with my whole heart.
